You must have the following:
- A valid photo ID
- A debit card, credit card or checking account for automatic withdrawal of your payments.
Terms are 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, and 60 months. We also offer 90 Days Same As Cash.
24, 36, and 48-month lease agreements require one month’s payment for the down payment.
60 month agreements require a 2 month down payment.
Buildings over $10,000 require two months down payment.
Double-wide buildings and two-story buildings require a four month down payment.
(Example:) A 60-month lease on a 2 Story Building.
- Payment of $200 mo.
- Initial down payment = $800 (4 Payments)
- There are now 56 months of repayment instead of 60.
You must carry property insurance on your building until it’s paid for. If you don’t currently have insurance, Hometowne Capital can provide it for a low monthly fee that will be incorporated into your monthly payment.
Hometowne Capital does not charge interest, instead you pay a monthly lease fee and at the end, you own the building. A larger down payment will decrease your monthly payments. Hometowne Capital will reward you for paying off your lease early by giving you a 50% discount on the total payoff balance remaining on your lease!
